CTAA Scholarship Application

The Connecticut Academy of Audiology Scholarship has been established to recognize a Doctor of Audiology student who embodies the leadership, commitment, and educational standards necessary to become a successful Doctor of Audiology.

The $1500.00 scholarship will be awarded at the Fall 2025 conference. The winner will be notified by email and a letter. Scholarship winners must attend the CTAA Fall conference to receive the award. While there are no restrictions on how the money is to be spent, the intent is for it to be used toward education.

All requested information must be received no later than May 31^st by the Connecticut Academy of Audiology’s scholarship committee.

Please note: Part III has a 500 character limit for each question. The scholarship committee recommends typing your response in a word document to check the character limit prior to submission.
